Crane qi gong is considered a Medicine Qi Gong . It is based on the movements of the crane, where the crane symbolizes longevity and peacefulness. Master Zoa had formed this Qi Gong from other practices taking the most healing movements . This helped this practice to give healing results in a far faster time . Students who practice daily will start to feel benefits in as little as a few months.
The structure of Crane Qi Gong is level on and two, and in level one there are 5 routines. In level 2 there is the meditation along with the 5 Routines. This is very easy to learn and helps young and old. The elderly like the movements as each short routine is easy to learn. Also students are encouraged to be relaxed and focus with this Qi gong and only do what their body does easily therefore sometimes a person with physical difficulties may need to modify a movement and through practice it will progress. Meditation as Daily Practice
Description:
A metaphysical and shamantic practitioner for the past 13 years...I have found that meditation is the best and foremost method for dealing with the stress and constant barrage of 'noise' that exists in our modern culture. Stress is the only true cause of illness in our society and dealing with it will often 'fix' many other aspects of life that are causes of concern for us. In this workshop, we will examine the benefits of meditation, discuss what meditation is and can be and explore different techniques to fit this amazingly healing modality into our everyday lives.
Bio of Presenter:
A metaphysical and shamanic practitioner residing in Chatham Ontario. I have studied many forms of spirituality and found some very powerful and empowering common threads within them all. I practice and teach spirituality rather than 'religion' as I find that each person's journey in spirit is a precious and unique experience.
